RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Voes, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. To maintain quality standards and fairness to all our customers, we follow the policy outlined below.

Eligibility

  1. You may request an exchange or credit note within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Only unused, unwashed, and unaltered garments with tags intact will be accepted.
  3. we do not offer any returns.
  4. Exchange is applicable only in case of manufacturing defects or damage received.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom or made-to-measure products.
  2. Minor variations in color, texture, or print placement.
  3. International orders.
  4. Sale or discounted items.

Process

  1. Submit a request through our Return & Exchange Portal within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. OR you can email us at voesstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Our quality team will verify your request.
  4. Once approved, we’ll initiate pickup or exchange within 7–10 working days.

Refund Mode

  1. We offer credit notes or product exchanges only.
  2. No cash refunds are processed as all garments are made-to-order.
  3. If any refund is approved we will initiate and credit the refund within 10 days.
  4. Refunds (if any) will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Damage Claims

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Customers must share clear images and/or videos of the damaged product at the time of raising the request.
